The Greater Ohio Valley Collaborative (GOVC) was founded in 2026.

The collaborative meets on the 4th Thursday of every other month.
GOVC serves nine counties:
Ohio - Athens & Washington
West Virginia - Calhoun, Pleasants, Ritchie, Roane, Tyler, Wirt, & Wood
