Rooting Our Response Appalachia (RORA) is an evidence-informed framework developed by Hope in Action Alliance, Inc. (HIAA) to reduce misconceptions and strengthen community responses to addiction and trauma across Appalachia. Through trained Outreach Educators, RORA creates conversations building understanding, shifting perceptions, and strengthening healthier, more supportive community ecosystems.
