TheLink is a mobile app designed to remove barriers and increase access to essential community resources in Monongalia County, WV, and surrounding areas. The app is currently in development and will assist individuals and their families in navigating the complexities of care systems. 

Hope in Action guides TheLink’s development using IRB-approved research, including a community needs assessment and a focus group. The team measures community impact ethically and responsibly, with respect for participant privacy. All data collection efforts intentionally support a trusted, user-centered platform.
