Branch & Bloom
Branch & Bloom engages youth coalitions by providing tools to reinforce emotional regulation and support trauma recovery. The program equips youth with practical skills to navigate stress, relationships, and daily challenges while building connections with peers, trusted adults, and their communities.
Evolving from the Mindful WV initiative, Branch & Bloom uses strategies like art, breathing exercises, movement, and music. Youth leaders apply these practices in their coalitions and after-school programs.
Branch & Bloom advances youth well-being by leveraging local prevention efforts to deliver supports where young people live, learn, and gather.
